DEATH GLORY OF THE WRITER

Abstract

The work of Mikhail Bulgakov during his lifetime was artificially excluded from the literary process. From the very first publications, distrust, condemnation, political slander fell upon him, and in the last, most fruitful years of his life, silence and oblivion befell him. During Bulgakov's lifetime, of his three novels, only one was partially published, and out of fourteen plays, nine saw scenes.
