Abstract

This article identifies the main aspects of a systematic approach in determining the content of knowledge, skills and abilities in the process of training engineering personnel in higher educational institutions. The main factors for the training of engineering personnel are identified in accordance with the needs of society, the features of engineering activities that meet modern trends in the development of engineering and technology, as well as the capabilities of educational institutions.
