Abstract

This article examines the problems of art in English and Uzbek literary studies. Also, in the article, one of the problems in the novels "Night and Day" by Cholponni and "Pamela and the Awarded Virtue" by S.Richardson, which are the object of our research, is the role of women in society and their rights.
