Abstract

This article explores the concept of substantive phraseological units, which are an important component of language, particularly important in conveying specific meanings and cultural nuances. In the discussion, their structure, types and functions will be highlighted, their significance in linguistic analysis and teaching will be emphasized. Various examples are given to show the variety and use of substantive phraseological units in different languages. The article concludes with implications for further research and pedagogical applications.
