ELECTRONIC STRUCTURE OF MoO3 NANOFILM OBTAINED BY IMPLANTATION OF O_2^+ IONS IN Mo
Abstract
Using a complex of methods of secondary and photoelectron spectroscopy, the composition and electronic structure of MoO3 nanofilms obtained by implanting O_2^+ into molybdenum heated to T = 900 K were studied. In particular, it is shown that the band gap of the film is ~ 3.4 eV, there are 4 maxima of the electron density of state in the valence band, and there are 2 maxima of the free state.
