Abstract

This article discusses the legal concept and types of interim measures used in arbitration proceedings to protect the rights and interests of the parties. The nature of these temporary measures is analyzed, their purpose is to maintain the status quo until a final decision is made, and their role in preventing potential negative consequences that could arise if enforcement of an arbitral award becomes difficult or impossible.
