Abstract

This study examines effective methods for teaching and applying English language theory, focusing on practical approaches like CLT, shadowing, and role-play. Findings show these methods significantly improve fluency and confidence compared to traditional grammar-focused teaching. While limited by a small sample size and regional focus, the research highlights the need for integrating theory with practice. Future studies should explore technology-based tools and diverse learner groups to enhance global English education.
